01Is it safe to use on food preparation surfaces?
Yes, with a rinse. Use it on counters and boards, then wipe over with clean water before food touches them.
02Does it have a strong chemical smell?
It has a smell. It isn't the eye-watering kind. Open a window anyway — that's true of anything that cuts grease this hard.
03How long do I actually need to let it sit?
Three minutes for everyday grease, five for baked-on. Longer than that doesn't help — if it's still stuck, spray again rather than scrubbing.
04Will it damage my stainless steel appliances or chimney?
No, when used as directed. Patch-test a hidden corner first, use it on cold surfaces, and don't leave it sitting for half an hour.
