Who may order

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract under the Indian Contract Act 1872. If you are ordering on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

We ship within India only. Serviceability is checked by PIN code at checkout, and we may decline to deliver to an area our couriers do not reach.

Your account

You can order as a guest or create an account. If you create one, you are responsible for what happens under it, and you agree to give us accurate details and keep them current.

Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to your account. We may suspend or close an account that is being used fraudulently, that abuses the store, or that repeatedly refuses delivery of cash-on-delivery orders.

Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but photographs are illustrative and colours vary between screens. Pack sizes, quantities, and ingredients are stated on each product page and are what govern.

Our products are household cleaning preparations. Use them as directed on the label, keep them away from children, and do not mix them with other chemicals. Nothing on this site is a warranty that a product is fit for a purpose we have not described.

Availability is not guaranteed until we accept your order.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a concluded contract. The contract forms only when we confirm the order and it is dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch — for example if the item is out of stock, if the price or description was wrong, if we cannot verify your details, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

There is a limit on the quantity of any item in a single order, shown at checkout.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, any cash-on-delivery fee, and the order total are shown before you confirm.

We accept online payment through Cashfree and, where offered, cash on delivery. Cash-on-delivery orders may be subject to a fee and to a maximum order value, both shown at checkout.

Prices can change at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed. If a product is listed at a manifestly incorrect price, we will contact you and either honour it, cancel the order, or offer you the corrected price before dispatch.

Delivery

We dispatch to the address you give us. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by weather, strikes, and other things outside our control.

Please give a complete address and a phone number that is reachable. We are not responsible for a delivery that fails because the address was wrong or nobody was available, though we will always try to arrange a redelivery.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

You may cancel an order at no cost any time before it is dispatched, by contacting us at support@tadaamagic.com.

Once an order has been dispatched we do not accept returns or exchanges, because these are consumable cleaning products and we cannot resell an item that has left our control. This does not affect your rights below where an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will replace it or refund it in full, including the shipping you paid, and we will bear the cost of the return.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving the returned item or approving the claim. For cash-on-delivery orders we refund by bank transfer to details you provide. How quickly the money appears is then up to your bank.

How you may use the site

You may use this site to browse and to buy. You may not use it to do anything unlawful; to scrape, copy, or republish its content or product data at scale; to interfere with its operation or security; to place orders you do not intend to accept; or to submit a review that is not your honest experience of a product you bought.

We may withdraw access from anyone doing these things.

Intellectual property

The Ta-Daa Magic name and logo, the text, photographs, and design of this site, and its product formulations are ours or are used under licence. Nothing here transfers any right in them to you.

You may share links to our pages freely. You may not reproduce our content commercially without our written permission.

Reviews you post

If you post a review, you confirm it is your genuine experience and that it does not infringe anyone's rights. You keep ownership of what you write, and you give us a licence to display, reproduce, and excerpt it in connection with the store.

We moderate reviews and may decline to publish one that is abusive, off-topic, fraudulent, or not from a verified purchase.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying products that match their description and are of satisfactory quality, and for the consumer rights the Consumer Protection Act 2019 gives you. Nothing in these terms limits those rights, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.

Before going to court, please raise the matter with our Grievance Officer — most things are resolved there:

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month. You may also take a consumer complaint to the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 or to the consumer commission with jurisdiction over your area.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms as the store or the law changes. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, so a change never applies retrospectively. The effective date at the top of this page tells you when the current version took effect.
