Earning coins

You earn coins on the value of the products in a delivered order, after any coupon and any coins you spent, and excluding GST, shipping and cash-on-delivery fees.

Coins show as “unlocking” when you order and become available to spend 15 days after your order is delivered and paid for, once the return window has passed. Coins are not earned on the part of an order paid with coins.

Your earning rate depends on your tier, based on what you spent on delivered orders over the last 12 months. Spark members earn 5% back on every order. You become Shine (7.5% back) once you have spent ₹1,500, and Magic (10% back) at ₹4,000.

Spending coins

At checkout you can choose to spend your coins on any order whose products total at least ₹349 after coupons. Coins can pay for the whole product value and can be combined with a coupon. They do not pay for shipping or cash-on-delivery fees.

If your coins cover everything, the order is placed with nothing left to pay. Coins are never applied unless you choose to use them.

Cancellations and returns

If an order is cancelled, returned or refunded, or its payment fails, any coins you spent on it are returned to your wallet, and the coins it would have earned are cancelled. If the coins from a returned order were already available, the unspent part is taken back.

Expiry

Coins expire 12 months after they become available, oldest first. We email you before coins expire.

Refer a friend

Once your first order is delivered, you get a personal invite code in your account. A friend who uses it gets ₹75 off their first Ta-Daa Magic order of ₹349 or more.

You receive 100 coins when your friend’s order is delivered and its return window has passed. Invite codes work only for a customer’s first order and cannot be used on your own account. Rewards are limited each month, and inviting yourself (the same account, phone number or email) earns nothing.

If you run an audience-based channel, apply to become a Ta-Daa partner instead: partners earn cash commission. Partners share their partner link rather than an invite code, and one order is never rewarded under both programmes.

What coins are not

Coins are a discount on future purchases from Ta-Daa Magic. They have no cash value; cannot be bought, sold, transferred to another account or exchanged for cash; and can be used only on Ta-Daa Magic orders.

Fair use and changes

We may withhold or remove coins earned through fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts or orders that do not go through. We may change these terms or end the programme; we will give notice on this page and honour coins that are already available for at least 30 days after a change that reduces their value.
